• Environmental Safety Assessment: Using proprietary assessment tools designed by an Occupational Therapist, we conduct an assessment of clients' current environment focused on maximizing safety. 
• Care Coordination: Using state approved assessments, we identify our client's needs, draft a care plan and coordinate the services to maintain client's highest level of independence in their home. 
• Senior Living Research: Through proprietary comparison reports, we offer unbiased guidance on senior living options that can best meet our client's identified needs and assist with the move.
