Harrison House of Snow Hill

Harrison House of Snow Hill is licensed as Snow Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (the Centner).  The Center offers skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services to residents of the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia.  

A team of licensed healthcare professionals works directly with physicians, residents, and families to create an individual plan of care. Skilled nursing expertise as well as physical, speech, and occupational therapy programs provided by certified therapists promote residents’ full potential and independence.

The Center is also specifically designed for residents with memory care needs. The secured area maintains the safety of residents while providing an atmosphere of warmth and support. Dedicated caregivers are professionally trained to meet the unique memory support needs of these residents. Daily activities and events are offered to entertain as well as maintain and improve cognitive function.
