Who We Are

Saber Healthcare, Currituck Health and Rehab Center offers skilled nursing care and rehabilitation specialists to mee a resident's medical needs to enhance their daily living capabilities. The facility, with 75 long-term care beds and 25 skilled beds, is located on Route 168 in Currituck County, North Carolina. 



Board-certified physicians are available 24/7. Respite care services are available to provide a much-needed break for caregivers.  On-site dining and meal preparation services, including weekly buffet meals and an on-site dietitian. Social workers, professional staff, and specially trained therapists provide care for older adults.
