Saber Healthcare, Shenandoah Nursing and Rehab Center, Nursing Care

Saber Healthcare, Shenandoah Nursing and Rehab Center is a skilled nursing facility with a capacity for 60 residents and a full range of services in long-term care. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, on-site eye care, dental care, podiatry care, respite care, hospice, dietary services, activities programs, and restorative nursing are available services. RNs, LPNs, and certified nursing assistants are on staff 24 hours a day. In addition to the daily room and board rate, laundry and medical and nursing supplies cost extra each month.



Transportation is provided to social and recreational appointments; meals off-site; banking services on site; hairstylist and barber on site, and a Resident Council. Family members and friends of residents are welcome to participate in activities. There is a transfer agreement with Augusta Health in Fishersville.
