Who We Are
The Barrington at Hioaks, formerly The Towers Retirement Community, offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care programs. Independent and assisted living residences offer studio, one bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment options.
This senior independent living program is designed for residents who require no nursing services and is based on a recent medical history and physical plus a nursing assessment done at the time of admission. Independent residents have a choice of three apartment sizes including studio, one bedroom, and two bedrooms.
Independent Living Apartment Rental Fees include:
- Weekly housekeeping
- All utilities
- Life enrichment programs
- 24-hour Emergency call system in each apartment
- Scheduled transportation
- On-site salon
- On-site therapy
- Independent residents can choose to add meals, housekeeping and laundry service, and medication management, as desired.
