Who We Are

Hampton Roads Survivors of Suicide Support Group is a support group designed to help family and friends who have lost a loved one to suicide to cope with the sorrow of their tragedy and to heal in healthy, life giving ways.

The S.O.S. group offers you a chance to be with individuals who have been through the same thing.  You can talk about your situation, share feelings and resources and get support through fellowship and understanding.

There is no charge.  The group is sponsored by Mayrview Behavioral Medicine Center and meets currently every 3rd Wednesday from 7 pm until 9 pm at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 4811 High Street West, Portsmouth, Virginia.  Time and place may vary.
