Located adjacent to Page Memorial Hospital, the treatment team includes a medical director, primary care physicians, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, licensed nurses (RN and LPN), licensed clinical psychologists, social worker, registered dietitian, activities director, and certified nursing assistants.
