Who We Are

The Fairfax at Belvoir Woods provides a special neighborhood for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss. Two levels of dementia care are available.  Terrace Club Neighborhoods are for individuals with early to moderate memory loss.  Reminiscence Neighborhoods are for individuals living with more advanced dementia or Alzheimer's. 

The programs offer a variety of elements to engage residents and nurture their spirit. The team and living areas are designed to establish pleasant days, stimulate memories, and offer activities related to life experiences. 

The Fairfax was originally founded for retired military officers and their spouses and now welcomes non-military residents as well.  Capacity for assisted living and memory care is 96.
