Who We Are

Liberty Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Cente, a Saber Healthcare facility r in Lynchburg, offers a skilled nursing home with 90 beds. Skilled nursing services can include ventilator/trach care for individuals suffering from respiratory failure, lung disease, cardiac disorders, etc. as well as nursing care for cardiac recovery services, renal disease services, cancer services and digestive disease services.
