Wellness Programs

Professional Rehab Associates offers wellness program that provides each member with a customized exercise program to help achieve a fitness or weight goal.  The Wellness Center is open to anyone age 16 and older, including members of the community and patients who are graduating from therapy.

You will receive an initial wellness assessment; individualized exercise program to meet your specific needs; personal training sessions and access to the fully equipped gym and therapy pool.
