Hamilton Relay offers telecommunications relay services for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or have difficulty speaking. Telecommunications Relay service (TRS) is a free, 24 hour service.
Captioned Telephone (Cap Tel) for individuals who are hard of hearing. With Cap Tel you can read what you can't hear. Cap Tel is a free service with captions available in both English and Spanish.

Virginia Technology Assistance Program (TAP): Virginia residents whose disabilities prevent them from using a standard phone may be eligible to receive a Cap Tel phone at no charge. Call the Virginia Department for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing outreach office to see if you qualify.
