Who We Are
Elder law services are available, including estate planning and preparation of wills, advance directives, durable powers of attorney, HIPPA releases, long term care planning and other end of life planning.
Guardianship and conservatorship proceedings; mediation and advocacy for Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Veteran's Benefits, hospital and nursing facilities and other long term care facilities or providers.
Services and consultation can take place at location other than the office, including client's home or a nursing home or assisted living facility.
