Who We Are
The Colonial Heritage Community Foundation (CHCF) is committed to enhance the quality of life for residents, ensure that seniors are able to remain at home for as long as possible, establish and maintain a caregiver support program, provide caregiver training programs and provide programs that help seniors retain memory and mind-body connection. A goal of the Foundation is to establish a licensed adult day center to serve the greater Williamsburg area.
Your support in any form will help us greatly with providing new capabilities in the greater Williamsburg area to provide respite and resources for caregivers of senior family members needing assistance. If you are interested in volunteering to assist CHCF, please contact us to see how you can help.
