Who We Are
The City of Richmond's Department of Public Utilities has an annual Home Weatherization Kit Giveaway. Usually held in mid-October each year. Up to 1000 kits will be distributed to senior citizens, 65 years of age and older, who are residents of the City of Richmond. Kits usually contain energy saving items such as insulating weather stripping, low flow shower head and draft stopping outlet covers.
