Who We Are
Havenwood, a licensed assisted and residential living facility, is located atop a hill in scenic Rockbridge County, Virginia. Residents can experience a private, rural setting, just five minutes from the city of Lexington, Virginia. Capacity is 30 residents.
Medication management is available to all residents. A licensed nurse is on-site 8 hours per day and on-call 24 hours per day. With the help of home health, care for minor wound care, catheter care, and therapies are available. Assistance is provided for arranging local transportation for various appointments.
The interior is designed to be spacious while maintaining a sense of home-like comfort. There are large, well-maintained grounds for the residents to enjoy, as well as benches, flower gardens, birdhouses and feeders, and a small fountain located in the courtyard.
