Health Information, Educational Classes and Programs

All Free Clinic clients may sign up and/or attend the lectures and classes. An appointment must be made in advance for some health information classes.

Classes on high blood pressure, diabetes, nutrition, freedom from smoking, weight control, breast cancer education programs, and other topics.  Stop Smoking class is available. Support groups for weight control, non-smokers, and diabetes. These programs are offered throughout the year and are open to all free clinic clients.
