Woodhaven Nursing and Memory Care offers temporary and long term nursing care beds. One third of the staff are Certified Dementia Care Practitioners. Capacity is approximately 48 beds.Meals, physician services, medications, activities, housekeeping and laundry service, beauty and barber shop services are available. Temporary and long term care is available.
Rehab services available by doctor's order. Respite stays for caregiver to have a much needed break if space is available. There are 3 bedrooms for residential (independent) assisted living.
This facility does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
