ManorCare Imperial provides a broad range of comprehensive nursing care services. Staff provides specialized skin management and complex wound care, respiratory services such as tracheostomy care and weaning, intravenous therapy for pain management and medication therapy.
Both short-term rehabilitation (physical, occupational and speech therapies) and long-term care are offered. We provide skilled nursing services, extensive rehabilitation programs, Hospice care, respite, and care for those with Alzheimer's and related diseases. Our success has been the achievement of improved health outcomes within a homelike environment. Specialty areas are: wound care, pain management, and customer service. Capacity is 128 beds.
Located on the north side of Richmond on the grounds of Imperial Plaza Retirement Community. Conveniently laid out on one floor, Manor Care Imperial offers enclosed courtyards, restaurant style dining and extensive recreational activities. ManorCare Imperial is certified for Medicare and Medicaid, as well as other insurance carriers.
