Who We Are
Eastern Virginia Medical School, Neuropsychology program, is a comprehensive clinic and laboratory for patient care, education, and research. The clinic and lab offer (1) Patient Care: assessment and evaluation of persons of all ages with known or suspected brain dysfunction from disease, head injuries, strokes, learning disabilities, ADHD, etc.; (2) rehabilitation planning for further services to other area professionals; and (3) teaching and research within EVMS.
Geriatric assessment and cognitive assessments are available, as well as neuropsychological evaluations. 60% of this practice is devoted to persons aged 60 and over. Currently accepting new patients.
Committed to research, education, and clinical services. The assessment of persons with stroke, Alzheimer's disease, depression, and associated dementia are areas of specialty.
