Who We Are
The Older Americans Act requires that agencies on aging develop service systems for older individuals who are capable of self-care but need assistance in maintaining maximum independence in their home environments.
Homemaker services can be provided on a weekly or biweekly basis to assist those who are frail, have disabilities, and/or are at risk of premature institutional placement. Assistance includes light housekeeping, essential shopping, and small meal preparation.
English, Spanish, French, Russian, and Vietnamese is spoken in the office.
