Who We Are
Lake Prince Woods provides 24-hour skilled nursing coverage at The Cape Health Care Center. Staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and trained geriatric nursing assistants. Personnel is trained and prepared for emergencies. Each resident's medical care is supervised by the attending physician who makes routine visits to the home. The capacity is 40 beds.
