Who We Are

The Woodlands Health & Rehab Center provides a full range of intermediate nursing care services including activities, meals and contracted special medical services.  Capacity is 60 beds. The Woodlands will take Alzheimer's patients and couples. Offers physical, speech and occupational therapy and respite care. A sister facility to Shenandoah Adult Care Residence. Waiting period possible. Offers respite care and hospice services. Hospice services are provided under contract providers. Transportation provided to medical appointments, dining room onsite and hairstylist on site. The dining area is open to non-residents.

Woodlands has a specialized Palliative Care unit to offer more privacy and more comfortable amenities to help patients and their families cope with chronic illness, pain and end of life care.
