Who We Are
Dogwood Village of Orange County Senior Living is a residential and assisted Living home for adults that serves to enrich the quality of life and health of our residents, serves the community, and recognizes the contributions of the staff and volunteers. On staff are RN, LPN, SW, CNA, LNHA and RNC. There is a per day room and board charge. Per use charge for miscellaneous nursing supplies or medical supplies. Transportation is provided to medical appointments, social or recreational appointments; meals and hairstylist/barber on site. 95% of services devoted to persons age 60 and older. Coordinates with Culpeper Hospital, UVA, Mary Washington Hospital and Martha Jefferson. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy on site. There is a volunteer corp with over l00 volunteers.
Non-ambulatory residents accepted. Capacity 80
Person-centered care is our primary focus as we learn the routine and preferences of each resident. We establish goals of care upon admission to assure that appropriate interventions are utilized as the resident participates in their treatment plan and potentially improves their level of functioning.
