Who We Are
Knollwood Apartments for independent living offers studio, one and two bedroom apartments with a variety of floor plans. Monthly fees include: utilities and basic cable tv; complimentary transportation to shopping centers, banks, physician appointments, and recreational outings; campus security twenty-four hours a day; smoke detectors and emergency call systems in baths and bedrooms; wellness nurse on duty five days a week. They usually have a waiting list; however, the wait is not lengthy.
Knollwood is a part of Richfield Retirement Community, a not-for-profit community offering options for independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled and rehabilitative nursing care. The community is located on 50 acres with two lakes and beautiful vistas. The continuum of services available on the Richfield campus provides convenient accessibility to all levels of care, should the future needs of a resident change. Complimentary on-campus transportation is provided to ensure that residents stay connected with friends and family.
