Who We Are
Richfield Lake Estates, a part of Richfield Retirement Community, offers single-story cottages for independent living. Cotages offer two and three bedroom floor plans with kitchen, dining room, living room, garage and a host of other features. Monthly fees include: electricity, water, sewer, gas, garbage removal, exterminating services and basic cable tv; complimentary transportation to shopping centers, banks, physician appointments, and recreational outings; campus security twenty-four hours a day; lawn care, maintenance and a wellness nurse on duty five days a week. Housekeeping, beauty/barber salon services, and meal service plans are available for an additional charge.
Richfield Retirement Community offers options for independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled and rehabilitative nursing care. The community is located on 50 acres with two lakes and beautiful vistas. The continuum of services available on the Richfield campus provides convenient accessibility to all levels of care, should the future needs of a resident change. Complimentary on-campus transportation is provided to ensure that residents stay connected with friends and family.
