Saber Healthcare, Forest Health and Rehab provides skilled nursing services in a secure environment in which residents can maintain their dignity and live up to their full potential.  The capacity is 97 beds.   The 24 hour skilled nursing care provides care for: cardiac care, congestive heart failure, IV therapy, pain management, post surgical care, stroke and neurological care and wound care management. 

On staff are licensed nursing home administrators, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. Transportation is provided to medical appointments. Meals, hairstylist, garden and case management on site. The dining area is open to the public. Transfer agreements with local hospitals. The waiting period is approximately three to six months and there is no waiting fee
