Who We Are
Nutritious meals along with educational and social activities are provided for eligible seniors age 60 and over at five Senior Centers (one in each of the counties we serve), helping participants to remain in their homes and preventing or postponing nursing home placements. Door-to-door transportation service is available on a limited basis.
