Shorewood Cove is located on the bank of the Elizabeth River. Residents enjoy one and two bedroom apartments with activity room, arts & craft room, library, business center and screened-in porches. Enjoy beautiful water views. We also offer a shuttle bus for your doctors' appointments and transportation to social or recreational appointments. Emergency call systems, indoor mail boxes, personal e-mail address and fitness & exercise center.
Small pets are acceptable with a 25 lb limit plus a $200 pet deposit. Shorewood Cove is tax credit property with income restrictions and guidelines.
Our onsite staff is there to ensure you receive the best service available. The kitchens are fully equipped and all units have a washer/dryer connection.
