Eastern Healthcare Group, Nans Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing provides long-term skilled nursing care and a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of residents. Teams in skilled nursing provide the support required for a loved one’s unique needs after an illness or injury, and rehabilitation therapists offer individualized sessions aimed at improving functional mobility and independence.  Dementia care is available.

 Working with the resident's physician, our staff - including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians, and social workers establish a comprehensive treatment plan.  There are 148 certified beds.



 Other services include respite care and palliative care
