Who We Are

The Rooftop Craft Shop provides a place for crafters and artisans to market their creations and a place for shoppers to find unique, handmade items.  Individuals who stock the shelves with their productions earn income.

Among the items sold are quilts, toys, books, household items, decorative pieces, canned foods such as canned jellies, jams and relish, and CD's.  Items are sold at the main shop at 206 North Main Street in Galax or the summer satellite location in Grayson Highlands State Park at Mount Rogers. 

The Craft Shop is housed in the Visitor's Center and operates from May to October.  Satellite location hours (summer months only) area are Thursday through Sunday 9 am - 6 pm.
