Belvoir Woods Health Care Center at The Fairfax promotes emotional health and physical well being while you are recovering from an illness, hospitalization or even changes in medications. We provide 24 hour Nursing and Rehabilitative Care, emphasizing comfort and compassion, dignity and respect. Rehabilitation services are available from licensed therapists five days a week. We also provide 24 hour licensed nursing care for residents whose needs are best met in a long term care setting.  The Fairfax was originally founded for retired military officers and their spouses and now welcomes non-military residents.
