Who We Are
Elizabeth Adam Crump Health and Rehab is a skilled nursing facility located in Glen Allen, Virginia, less than five miles from Henrico Doctors’ Hospital. In addition to offering compassionate, quality long-term care, we also provide short-term care to those who are recovering after an illness, injury or surgery. Returning home as quickly and safely as possible is important, and we want to help make this possible. Our other services include physical, speech and occupational therapy, wound care and a dementia care unit. Our location is positioned on thirteen acres of land adjacent to General Sheppard Crump Memorial Park and Meadow Farm Museum. We also offer a full activity program and access to community events.
