Who We Are
HCC Personal Care, Blackstone, offers personal care. In-home care non-medical care is provided in the comfort and security of your home based on an individualized care plan that best suits your personal needs. Assistance is available 24 hours a day or on an hourly basis. Temporary personal care services, long-term care, and relief for family members are available.
Some services available are bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, incontinent care, medication reminders, errands and shopping, light housekeeping, recreational activities, laundry and ironing, reading mail, meal preparation, and more.
