In-Home Personal Care

Elder Care provides caregiver services to patients recovering at home. A Plan of Care is developed. The Plan of Care can include, bathing, dressing, preparing and assisting with meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and giving medication reminders for example. Each Plan of Care is individually developed and is reviewed regularly by the RN Supervisor.
