Who We Are

Brandon Oaks offers residential and assisted living care.  Assisted living has a focus on providing extra help with activities of daily living that are needed to maintain life's quality and dignity, with as much independence as possible. Residents enjoy 3 meals a day in the dining room, social activities, and more. 

Rehabilitation services are also available on-site, as well as scheduled transportation to doctor appointments.

The capacity for assisted living and memory care is 80 residents. 

NOTE: Non-Brandon Oaks residents are welcome for direct admission following hospital discharge, as space allows.

Continuing Care Retirement Community is sponsored by Virginia Lutheran Homes and open to all religious faiths.
