Nursing Facility

Highland Ridge Rehab offers 24-hour skilled nursing services, including intermediate nursing care. Some services include wound care, respiratory therapy, restorative nursing services. Comprehensive rehab therapy service (physical, occupational and speech/language therapies) are available 7 days a week. Capacity is 132 beds.



On staff are registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and trained geriatric nursing assistants. Personnel are trained and prepared for emergencies. Each resident's medical care is supervised by the attending physician who makes routine visits to the home.
