The Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) is a free, unbiased health insurance counseling program for Medicare Beneficiaries. Trained and certified staff and volunteers explain the intricacises of Medicare and the choices involved. Counselors are not connected with any insurance company, nor are they licensed to sell insurance.
Speakers can also be provided to give group presentations in the community.
