Who We Are

Riverside Convalescent Center at Mathews provides intermediate nursing care, while helping residents achieve and maintain a high quality of life in a home-like atmosphere. Services offered include: geriatric assessment; Alzheimer's/Dementia care; rehabilitation, dietary, social services, hospice and respite care. The staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, speech therapists. Other services include: meals on-site, banking on-site, hairstylist on-site, case management and support groups. 60 beds available.
