Services include Temporary assistance to needy families; general assistance; health financial aid service; financial aid for medical care (Cardinal Care Medicaid); food stamps / SNAP; protection of children from neglect, abuse, and exploitation; investigation of reports of child abuse or neglect; protection of adults from neglect, abuse and exploitation, and investigation of reports of such occurrences; adoption; foster care - children; energy assistance.
