Who We Are
Dogwood Manor is a 80-bed convalescent, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation center. Dogwood Manor is part of The Orchard which is a Healthy Living Community within the Riverside Health System. Completely furnished accommodations include private and semi-private rooms with private baths.
Residents who are receiving Medicare-skilled benefits participate in daily physical, occupational, or speech therapies under the direction of the Center's specialized care team and the resident's physician.
