Who We Are
Access Home Health Care and Rehabilitation offers services of a home health care aide. Personal care is available, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding. hygiene, ambulation, toileting), assist with home exercise program, planning and preparation of meals, light housework and more.
