Madonna House at Belmont is an affordable retirement community offering one and two-bedroom apartments close to shopping, grocery stores and pharmacies, Mary Washington Hospital, and a complex of professional medical buildings.

Madonna House is a 130-apartment community designed for individuals who can live independently, age 55 years of age or older. Madonna House participates in a special tax credit program where rent is based on income. 

Emergency pull cords are in the bedrooms and bathrooms of all apartments and are monitored 24 hours a day.  Each apartment has its own heating and air conditioning controls; a courtesy bus can provide transportation to grocery stores and shopping areas.  Fredericksburg City Bus can pick you up at the front entrance. 

Residents enjoy a multi-purpose room and craft room, beauty salon, exercise room, game room, monthly newsletter; laundry facility, and a variety of activities on-site and off-site.
