Dementia and Alzheimer's Care

Heritage Village (formerly Tribute) offers memory care assisted living services.  The program for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia at Heritage Village is Heartfelt Connections - A Memory Care Program.^®    This program promotes physical and emotional well-being, supports daily memory support, and maintains a sense of dignity, satisfaction, and quality of life.

Each memory care suite features motion monitors to assure resident safety while being unobtrusive to their rest and relaxation.   Each community has a licensed nurse available as needed.

The capacity for assisted living and memory care is 152 residents. Call for more information.
