Adaptive Home Environments will provide a person-centered assessment and aging-in-place and accessibility plan with designs customized to you and your current and future needs. Accessible design, home modifications and assistive technology can enable you to live independently, safely and comfortably in your own home.
Staff examines every detail of the physical setting of the home and the person-centered assessment reviews a person's performance within the home environment, the person's functional needs and strengths, daily routines, goals and preferences. A plan is developed with recommendations and options. The recommendations may include structural modifications, design features, safety enhancements, product recommendations and assistive technology.
