Who We Are

Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority offers public housing apartments throughout the city of Norfolk.  

Public housing, also known as subsidized housing or assisted housing, provides decent rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly and persons with disabilities. Housing ranges from single-family houses to high-rise apartments for seniors. Visit Assisted Rental Housing
