William Byrd Apartments is a senior living facility with 104 one bedroom units .  Maximum income limits apply.  Provides transportation to social or recreational appointments. All utilities are included in rent except telephone and cable TV, fully Equipped kitchens, key-pad personal ID entry system; individually controlled heating and cooling. Also monitored emergency pull-cord and fire detection systems, deadbolt locks, heat activated sprinkler system are standard in units. Organized social and recreational activities, keypad controlled building entry, rooftop garden terrace, sun deck and activity room with large TV and pool table are also offered. There are several floor plans available. Also, there is a hairstylist/barber on site and drycleaning/laundry is available. The hairstyling and barber shop are public areas.
