Who We Are

Public Housing program is a federally funded program to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly and persons with disabilities. Langley Village and North Phoebus Apartments are two public housing complexes that are managed by the Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority.

Langley Village offers 146 elderly designated apartments (one and two bedrooms) near bus route and shopping.  The Public Housing resident pays a portion of their income towards rent and utilities.  Must be 50 years or older to apply for Langley Village; 62 year or older have priority for housing.  Call 757)727-1106
