Who We Are
The Loudoun Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services' Leesburg Mental Health Center is one of the two Behavioral Health Centers that provide diagnostic and treatment services for Loudoun County residents. Outpatient services of the Loudoun Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services provides help for individuals and families experiencing emotional or situational problems.
Services include:
- Assessment;
- Case management;
- Psychiatric services;
- Psychotherapy services;
- Referral.

- Intensive in-home therapy.
