The Virginia Institute of Pastoral Care program has service locations in Richmond, Ashland, Bon Air, Chester, Midlothian, West End Richmond, and Williamsburg.

The program sees adults, adolescents, children and families and a broad cross-section of persons in terms of diagnosis, economics, age, race and culture. Off street parking is provided and program is accessible by bus and internally accessible for the handicapped. Pre-marriage seminars for couples recently married or preparing to get married. The program provides pastoral counseling to persons in need on a sliding fee scale basis and turns no one away because of an inability to pay.

Substance abuse counseling and vocational counseling are also available.
