Who We Are

People Incorporated creates affordable apartment units for low- and moderate-income families and individuals throughout Southwest Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley.  Eleven energy efficient, Earth Craft-certified multi-family housing developments are offered throughout the region. These developments offer one, two, and three bedroom units and rent prices are generally lower than those for comparable units within the area. 

Housing units are located in the following areas:  Abingdon and Damascus in Washington County, Woodstock and Toms Brook in Shenandoah County, Oakwood in Buchanan County, Dante in Russell County, Pulaski in Pulaski County, City of Norton and Jonesville in Lee County.
